President Donald Trump plans to declare a nationwide emergency over the coronavirus pandemic, in response to adminstration officers who spoke to NBC Information.
The declaration would unencumber monetary sources to help Individuals affected by the outbreak.
The president has scheduled a three p.m. ET press convention Friday on the White Home.
